By way of exception, your credit card number and expiry date are retained for fifteen (15) months after the last debit date for evidence purposes in the event of a dispute. The security code is not retained beyond the transaction.
- Data collected to create and manage your personal account: until your personal account is deleted.
- Data collected to send you newsletters, satisfaction surveys, and promotional offers: for three (3) years from the date of collection. At the end of this period, this data is retained for a further three (3) years if you agree to continue receiving newsletters, satisfaction surveys, and promotional offers from Mountain Collection Immobilier SASU.
- Data collected to respond to requests for information, comments, and complaints: for the time necessary to process these requests, comments, and complaints.
- Data collected to create a customer profile on the web via cookies and other trackers: for thirteen (13) months from the date of collection.
