The accommodation was well located with good access to lifts and amenities. However, we had the following issues: - the bedroom was too small for the small double bed. Only one side of the bed was accessible. It was not conducive to 2 people sleeping in it. Because the bed occupied so much of the floor space, the wardrobe space was not really accessible without standing or kneeling on the bed. This meant baggage largely stayed in the small living space or hallway (not ideal) - the Toilet is ridiculously small. If you are tall, you almost need to have the door open when sitting on the toilet (which is not ideal) - the bathroom is also very small with little space to dry oneself after stepping out of shower, again without opening the door. - while there is provision four people to sit at the table, without moving the table so that it takes up the small kitchen space it would difficult to accommodate 4 guests at the table. - too suggest this apartment could accommodate 4 people is a gross overstatement. We originally booked for 3 people and while it was unfortunate for our trip that one adult could not attend, it was fortunate from an accommodation point of view, as the apartment was not really comfortable for a couple, yet alone 3 people. The advertisement for the apartment grossly overstated the capacity of the apartment to accommodate people. We also had major problems with the electronic lock : 1) could not gain access on first day and manager had to attend with physical key 2) even physical key had problems as electronic lock interfered and we wasted a lot of time getting into and leaving apartment 3) when the lock ultimately failed, we lost more time waiting for locksmith to attend and replace. I must note, Emma and Adriaana were very supportive and responsive in dealing with lock issues.

the accommodation was well equipped, but not everything worked properly. The hob only heated 1 of the 2 cooking zones and the extractor hood did not work continuously. The cleaning was also not entirely successful, there were still hairs in the beds and there was still hair/dirt on the floor in the bedroom. Upon arrival there was also a mop bucket with dirty water in the kitchen. All little things that ensure that the overall rating is a 3, while it is otherwise a great apartment with a nice location.
