What you can’t see in the photos and the plan is that this apartment overlooks a street with bars, making a lot of noise until early morning. There is a major issue with the ventilation system in the bathroom – it smells so bad that we cannot close the bathroom door. For two, this apartment is a good size, but not for four adults. The sofa in the living room, which is meant for two people, is hard! It’s 2025 and there is no WIFI – no possibility of having it. The TV has only a few channels that work.

Satisfied except for the noise at night. Groups gather at night in the street and are very loud. We will not rent this apartment again.

Moyennement satisfait du logement, literie horrible pour la chambre avec les 2 lits individuels, les matelas sont de médiocre qualité, nous avons mal dormis et pas de couette mais des couvertures, pas pratique. Le canapé d'angle était sale à notre arrivé et vraiment pas confortable non plus. Le dérouleur de papier WC toilette était cassé, un porte manteau de la salle de bain aussi. Je l'ai signalé à la remise de clé mais la personne de l'agence n'a pas l'air d'en avoir tenu rigueur. La personne de l'agence n'a pas su me renseigné pour l'accès à l'ascenseur depuis le parking, nous avons fait des allers/retours à pieds alors qu'il y avait bien un accès via un sous sol par l'ascenseur, nous nous en sommes rendu compte pendant le séjour. Heureusement que le logement est bien situé sur la station.

LAC DU LOU

Lac du lou is in the centre resort, la Croisette. The residence is ski-out, ski-in, departure of ski lessons are at the bottom of the residence. Lac du lou is located directly upon the shopping gallery of la Croisette, and it is at 3 minutes from bus station, and swimming pool, and at 5 minutes from children care.

About the resort - Les Menuires ski area

Ski area

Reaching the top of the Pointe de la Masse once meant twenty-five minutes and three separate lifts. Since 2022 a single gondola does it in under eight, which changed the way Les Menuires skis: the 2,804-metre summit takes the morning sun while the Mont de la Chambre sector opposite holds the afternoon light. The resort's own sector covers 160 kilometres across 81 pistes and 30 lifts, running from 1,450 to 2,850 metres and connecting into the wider Three Valleys. Eighty-five percent of the terrain sits above 1,800 metres, and just over half of it is covered by snowmaking. The four-kilometre Roc'n Bob toboggan run drops back towards the village after the lifts close.

Six hundred kilometres of linked pistes make the Three Valleys the largest ski area in the world, spread across 10,500 hectares and seven resorts: Courchevel, Méribel, Brides-les-Bains, Les Menuires, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, Val Thorens and Orelle. Eighty-five percent of the terrain lies above 1,800 metres, and 169 lifts reach twenty-five summits, ten of them beyond 2,500 metres. The area is unusual in a second respect: 355 restaurants, sixty-four of them up on the mountain, and fifteen Michelin stars shared between ten kitchens. An entrance to the Vanoise National Park and the Tuéda nature reserve both fall within its boundaries.
