Located on the first floor, this lovely studio, fully refurbished and tastefully decorated, features a large south-facing balcony, as well as a splendid view over the historic city of Briançon. A little "mountain corner" has been fitted to sleep up to 4 people. With its fitted kitchen and refurbished bathroom, this holiday home will appeal to those in search of comfort, proximity to the slopes and the activities of the city. Logement plein sud avec un bâtiment devant et en bord de route, malgré tout assez silencieux et bien placé pour prendre les remontées. Coin nuit avec lit superposé, assez spacieuse salle de bain et une vrai douche. Manque de rangement et de cintres. Lit gigogne toujours pénible a installer et désinstaller. Un lit bz serait probablement plus judicieux pour une meilleure qualité de sommeil et surtout lorsque la st Valentin tombe pendant la semaine des vacances 😉Manque d électroménager ( bouilloire grille pain appareil à raclette)

Close to the Prorel cable-car and Briançon's city centre, the apartment block "Le Signal du Prorel" is ideally situated for holidays all year round. The Serre-Chevalier Vallée ski resort, the jewel of the Southern Alps, is accessible within a few minutes, as well as many alpine or city activities. About the resort - Serre Chevalier ski area

The ski area

Serre Chevalier was the first ski area in the world to generate its own electricity from all three renewable sources at once: hydro power drawn from its snowmaking pipes, solar panels and micro wind turbines. Running since autumn 2019, the scheme now covers thirty-four percent of the area's annual consumption. The skiing itself amounts to 250 kilometres over 82 pistes and 58 lifts, between 1,200 and 2,800 metres, spread across four bases: Briançon, Chantemerle, Villeneuve and Le Monêtier-les-Bains. Briançon is the highest town in France and its Vauban fortifications are UNESCO-listed, which makes this the rare large French area attached to a working town rather than a purpose-built resort. The Écrins National Park begins at its edge.
