Vacanze bellissima, tre settimane in agosto lontano dall'over turism ... residence tranquillissimo, pieno di ciclisti e triatleti, monolocale bello e spazioso, superiore alle aspettative, non manca nulla. Ampio balcone con bella vista sulla montagna. Le receptioniste sono gentilissime, la società è disponibile e reattiva, risponde subito ad ogni richiesta risolvendo eventuali problemi immediatamente. Ritorneremo.

Hello, it was great except for the noise from footsteps above the apartment, which was bothersome.

Close to the Prorel cable-car and Briançon's city centre, the apartment block "Le Signal du Prorel" is ideally situated for holidays all year round. The Serre-Chevalier Vallée ski resort, the jewel of the Southern Alps, is accessible within a few minutes, as well as many alpine or city activities. The shops and restaurants at the heart of the city are an important asset for a comfortable holiday, with sporting activities, the discovery of alpine cuisine and nights out. This holiday rental is simply the right combination to ski and have fun for a brilliant mountain holiday.

About the resort - Serre Chevalier ski area

The ski area

Serre Chevalier was the first ski area in the world to generate its own electricity from all three renewable sources at once: hydro power drawn from its snowmaking pipes, solar panels and micro wind turbines. Running since autumn 2019, the scheme now covers thirty-four percent of the area's annual consumption. The skiing itself amounts to 250 kilometres over 82 pistes and 58 lifts, between 1,200 and 2,800 metres, spread across four bases: Briançon, Chantemerle, Villeneuve and Le Monêtier-les-Bains. Briançon is the highest town in France and its Vauban fortifications are UNESCO-listed, which makes this the rare large French area attached to a working town rather than a purpose-built resort. The Écrins National Park begins at its edge.
