Poor welcome with a 1-hour wait for key handover. Explanation from the agency: "It's not our fault because there was a group." However, it would have been enough to assign one person for the group and not the entire agency. All the other clients had to wait too! The person assures us that she sent us an email with the instructions regarding the inventory. She expresses her surprise when we tell her that we didn't receive anything. She eventually admits that she sent nothing when the other waiting clients confirm they haven't received anything either. But once again: "It's not our fault," probably a messaging issue? Apartment in average condition with humidity and mold in the bathroom. Plastered walls from another era, damaged framing... 1 broken window in the bedroom. The agency, when we point out this issue, responds: "Isn't it our fault for not being informed at the very least?" Only one power outlet in the living-dining room? Only one power outlet in the bedroom? Inventory carried out on the Mountain website impossible to validate! For the agency: "It's not our fault?" So, they give us a paper document to fill out and drop in their mailbox. Agency to avoid.

Bonjour, après 12 h de route avec des enfants, nous sommes arrivés à 15h30. Impossible de récupérer les clés avant 17h. Nous comprenons et nous patientons dans le froid. Par contre, il est inadmissible de faire autant de route et d attendre pour récupérer un logement ou le ménage n avait pas été fait suite au départ des anciens locataires. Des poils dans la chambre, dans la salle de bain. La vaisselle salle retrouvée dans l evier et cuisine sale. Du coup pourquoi devoir attendre 1h30 pour récupérer le logement sachant que j ai du faire 1h15 de ménage et ensuite défaire toute mes valises et ranger. Je ne suis pas du tout satisfaite de l accueil et ne reviendrai pas.
