Family chalet · Village centre of St Marcel, 3 km from the slopes

The arrival procedure was bad. No responsivness from the staff. The accomodation was smelling fioul.

Even I announced that I will arrive 2 days later and it will be late in the night and I need full check in instructions in advance, when we arrived aftern a 9 hours flight in Milan, at 18.30, I had no info. Luckily I managed to still get someone from the office on the phone and settle this, but we were so close on having nowhere to sleep that night. At 1 AM we arrived only to find a very poor quality accommodation. We found it freezing cold with the heating system shut down, we had to sleep with our ski suits on. The beds were unprepared, the mattresses and pillows were in protecting covers, the sheets and towels in two bags on the floor. No soap, no toilet paper!!! No shampoo, no shower gel, no dishwashing kit, NOTHING! The house and everything in it is very old and smells like wise. there is only 1 WC in a small closet separated from the 2 bathrooms. All in all it was a very poor experience, I'm glad we only had to spend 4 days even if we payed for 7. We don't recommend it to anyone. Not the accommodation, nor the Mountain collection aggency which I really can't tell what is their meaning of existence.

Chalet agréable et lumineux.

Super emplacement dans une belle vallee. Logement à ameliorer au niveau de la cuisine à dégraisser et vaisselle à controler et forte odeur de fioul dans la salle du bain du bas, moquette au sol dans la salle du bain de l etage c est une mauvaise idée. La zone terrasse est également à verifier. Excellent accueil d'Helene de l'agence et les propriétaires ont eté reactifs. Le reste de la maison est agreable et joliment décoré. On a quand même adoré nos vacances.
