Inconvenient accommodation, no towel dryer in the bathroom, my children were cold during showers, one of the chairs was broken and the others were wobbly because the screws were very loose, the kitchen faucet was not tightened and the hot/cold water was reversed. The Mountain Collection management was responsive and brought a new chair as a replacement. Access to the ski lockers was horrible, really inconvenient and laborious, the double access door on the ground floor was very hard, the passage was narrow and we bumped into the doors of the ski room on the ground floor. No inventory of cutlery/utensils, we discovered a broken balloon glass (we realized this midway through our stay). The owner left carpet scraps in the entrance closet, especially since there is not much space... We really missed our previous apartment in residence 3000 during our vacation in 2025 in Bellecôte. The Carroley B building is really not practical.
