Very nice studio of 25 m² with balcony facing south for 4 people located on the 4th floor of the residence Aigle Noir in Villeneuve It is about 200 meters far from shops and slopes. The apartment has an outdoor parking.
You will find in the apartment:
- A kitchenette equipped with the necessary to prepare your dishes.
- Living room with pull-out sofa bed, TV
- A corner mountain (2 single beds bunk)
- Showerroom with shower. Separate toilet
- Access to a private ski locker
- Access to a bicycle room locked by a key in the residence

AIGLE NOIR
The Résidence l'Aigle Noir is located at the foot of the Casse du Boeuf chairlift and a few minutes' walk from the Aravet gondola lift, in the heart of the Villeneuve resort. The entire Serre Chevalier ski area is just minutes away. A private green space surrounds the residence.
Staying in this residence means you have all the necessary services (equipment rentals, restaurants, etc.) close at hand.

About the resort - Serre Chevalier ski area
Ski area
Serre Chevalier was the first ski area in the world to generate its own electricity from all three renewable sources at once: hydro power drawn from its snowmaking pipes, solar panels and micro wind turbines. Running since autumn 2019, the scheme now covers thirty-four percent of the area's annual consumption. The skiing itself amounts to 250 kilometres over 82 pistes and 58 lifts, between 1,200 and 2,800 metres, spread across four bases: Briançon, Chantemerle, Villeneuve and Le Monêtier-les-Bains. Briançon is the highest town in France and its Vauban fortifications are UNESCO-listed, which makes this the rare large French area attached to a working town rather than a purpose-built resort. The Écrins National Park begins at its edge.
