Notre séjour s est très bien passé : le chalet, le cadre super, bien situé par rapport aux pistes et aux divers commerces. Par contre 3 point à revoir : 1- la remise des clés : 16h sur Booking 17h à l agence. De plus lors de notre arrivée à l agence, il a fallu revenir 3 fois : pas de remise des clefs car l entreprise de nettoyage n était pas passée… à 18h enfin on nous remet les clés mais à notre arrivée dans le chalet : ménage mal fait ! Revoir ce point d heure de remise des clés avec Booking et le ménage ! 2- sur le contrat on nous note « papier toilette » 1 rouleau pour 9 personne c est juste : à reformuler ! 3- les 2 places de parking qui nous sont réservées devant le chalet (inscrit dans le contrat et redit par l agence)….. d autres voitures s y garent car rien n est précisé. Peut être un petit marquage serait utile !

La localisation de l'hébergement est très bonne - à proximité à pied de tous les commerces et de la navette, tout en étant dans un environnement très calme. L'appartement est agréable à vivre (pièce principale conviviale) et chambres plutôt bien agencée. Mauvaise surprise en découvrant la chambre du rez-de-chaussée en plus d'être isolée et froide contient deux lits \gigogne\ en mauvais état avec des matelas hors d'age.

Très bon logement, très bien équipé et situé, au calme avec une belle vue

LE ROCHER

"Le Rocher" is a lovely block of three large apartments, at the heart of Monêtier-les-Bains, the highest village in the Serre Chevalier Vallée ski resort. The building offers an exceptional view of the Mônetier glacier and is within close proximity of the Grands Bains de Monêtier, renown for its natural hot springs. A shuttle bus - free for those holding a ski pass - serves the villages of the valley so that you may enjoy the entire Serre Chevalier ski area stretching over 250km. The shuttle bus stops only 300 metres from the apartment block. In short, this holiday home is an ideal pied-à-terre for a hassle-free group holiday.

About the resort - Serre Chevalier ski area

Ski area

Serre Chevalier was the first ski area in the world to generate its own electricity from all three renewable sources at once: hydro power drawn from its snowmaking pipes, solar panels and micro wind turbines. Running since autumn 2019, the scheme now covers thirty-four percent of the area's annual consumption. The skiing itself amounts to 250 kilometres over 82 pistes and 58 lifts, between 1,200 and 2,800 metres, spread across four bases: Briançon, Chantemerle, Villeneuve and Le Monêtier-les-Bains. Briançon is the highest town in France and its Vauban fortifications are UNESCO-listed, which makes this the rare large French area attached to a working town rather than a purpose-built resort. The Écrins National Park begins at its edge.
