Clean accommodation, very well located in the resort, direct access to the slopes and lifts. Studio with a view of the slopes, very enjoyable. The bedding could use an upgrade. Very satisfied with the welcome; online inventory entry is great and for departure, there's the option to leave before the agency opens, with a key drop-off in a designated box.

Very expensive for what we had in terms of rental! No trash can, no microwave, no coffee mugs, no toaster, no raclette or fondue machine, no shower curtain in the bathroom. 3 chairs for 4 travelers. Low-quality bedding. Slatted bases with missing slats, a mop with holes (Pierre's vest in "The Santa Claus" is a rag "with bigger holes for putting arms through")… Is it necessary to continue? I would have liked to be offered a price that corresponds to the quality of the rental services.

There is a missing trash can. The oven is old. There are missing hooks in the entrance to hang the clothes.

Schoon maar gedateerd. Wat extra zorg voor bijvoorbeeld gordijnen en bank kussenslopen zou fijn zijn.

A place can be old, certainly, but dirty, poorly maintained, and not corresponding to the reservation is another matter. €950 for a studio for a week and to end up in such accommodation... The utensils and kitchen set were very dirty. The carpet was dirty. We were supposed to have a 140 cm bed, but we got a poor worn-out sofa, missing slats, and a mattress that was more than inadequate! There were pieces of salad in the salad bowl, food stains on the utensils, marks in the sink and bathtub... I turned on the faucet in the bathroom, and it was completely clogged! At what point is this not identified and restored before the rental? You do not check the accommodations. I even removed a clump of hair from the siphon myself. Unacceptable.

Appartement was klein en weinig kasten voor kleding. Er was geen douche gordijn en geen ophanghaak voor de douchekop. Alles was schoon maar meubels waren oud

Nous sommes 4 voyageurs, pour un logement de 4 personnes Logement petit pour 4 personnes, lors de l'installation des lits, il n'y a plus aucun passage de possible, il manquait une ou deux latte à l'un des lits et un des tabourets se \disloquait\, pas de rideau de douche... Très compliqué pour prendre des douches sans en mettre partout .. je recommanderais vivement d'ajouter un micro onde ou au minimum une bouilloire, ainsi qu'un rideau de douche Cela permettrait de passer d'un 3 à un 4 Points positif ! Vraiment au pied des pistes et des remontées mécaniques, cela mérite d'être souligné Un acceuil de l'agence vraiment bien, personnel très souriant et chaleureux, merci !
