Beautiful view, pleasant apartment except for the shower which is a bit small. Very good stay and Montain Collection is an agency where the advisors are very friendly.

The overall experience of the accommodation was good. The agency at Belle Plagne was very pleasant and helpful even in peek season. When confronted with a broken window, they replaced it very fast. Thanks for that. The only problem was parking in Belle Plagne. There is no description of the parking lots ondergrond to the appartements in Belle Plagne, and when you arrive there is someone how says that you had to make a reservation. On no website or that of the agency, you can find anything about reservationing a parkingspot in Belle Plagne. Very confusing. Al the surrounding parkings you could make a reservation, so why not so in Belle Plagne...?

Appartement PDS023 bien situé avec un accès facile à la piste est l'atout majeur de cet appartement. Cependant l'appartement n'a jamais été modernisé L'agencement intérieur est simpliste : -literie moyenne et ancienne -rideau de porte vitrée déchiré -vitre de la porte vitrée cassée -cintres en fer d'une autre époque -porte meuble salle de douche cassé -WC se vide lentement -grille pain basique -porte vitrée sur piste très pratique mais nécessite une poignée fiable

Penser à remettre la porte fenêtre en état (sale, joints un peu pourris et vitre cassée) et à remplacer le fin rideau (très sale et troué à un endroit)

Accommodation was fantastic, it was small which is expected on a skiing holiday but it was still plenty of room for the two of us. It was very clean and tidy and everything was easy to find and use. One of the windows on the back door was cracked but an engineer had been sent out mid-week to sort the issue and was very friendly. My only gripe was the shower, water pressure and heat was great but the shower head and holder could only point towards the wall which obviously isn’t ideal. I tried adjusting the holder multiple times but could not find a configuration where it didn’t point towards the wall. Either was I was still happy using the shower head by hand as I wasn’t there to shower, I was there to ski. All the staff at the agency were also very friendly, really helpful and understanding, especially since we spoke very little French. I would definitely book again.
