Beautiful privileged accommodation, good location in the resort, with wifi, made beds upon arrival, and included towels. Comfortable bedding but several dirty and unusable towels. Cleaning included but dust everywhere! Good communication with the agency via email and phone before our arrival; on-site reception was average and quick with very few explanations, no map of the resort, no indications or practical information (lift passes, shops, parking, etc.).

Three adults stayed at Hauts Du Val B2 33 for one week skiing. Great apartment for up to 4 people. Recently renovated, clean and comfortable with great facilities. South facing balcony lovely for late afternoon sun. Direct access to ski slopes next to Tufs lift (or Bollin just down the slope). Ski hire, supermarket, bakery and restaurants nearby. Prefer a drop box for key arrangements but not a deal breaker. Would stay here again.

Electrical problem We quickly discovered a serious electrical fault with the dishwasher. When touching the metal plate on the dishwasher and the metal plate on the sink, we received an electric shock. We immediately reported this electrical fault to your local office in Tignes Val Claret. A technician came to inspect the problem a few days later but could not fix it and needed to call an electrician. Unfortunately, this was not done during our stay. Due to this electrical fault, we had to be very careful using the kitchen and had to wash the dishes by hand all week. Washing dishes by hand might not be the worst, but knowing there was an electrical fault that could harm us or cause a fire is unacceptable. The fact that this electrical fault was not prioritized by your services is very serious as it could have caused severe personal injury. Imagine if one of us had a pacemaker, a weak heart, or if a child had come into contact with it, resulting in serious injury, possibly even death. During our stay, we had to be cautious using the kitchen as it did not feel safe, which caused inconvenience for us. Considering the apartment appeared to be quite newly renovated, we expected a certain standard and safety. This issue should have been handled immediately by your services, which you failed to do. Given what could have happened, I am now seeking compensation for the rent we paid for the apartment. Bunkbeds The bunkbeds are to small for a person normal sized person Language Would be great if your communication could be in English with non French speaking persons. TV International channels would be great.
