Very nice apartment full renovated 2020 with 3 rooms of 50 m² for 8 people. It is on the 6 floor with lift, with a west-facing view (beautiful mountain view on la Masse). Private car place in the underground parking included. Living room : 1 sofabed for 2 persons . Flat screen TV. Bedroom : 1 double bed 140 cm 1 master bedroom: 2 single beds 80 cm, convertible in double bed 160 cm, 1 shower-room with shower. Cabin : 2 x 2 bunk beds. 1 bathroom with bathtub. 1 separated WC. Kitchen with hotplates, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, classic coffee maker and Nespresso. Entry equiped with a dry shoes and special boots box Towels not included. WI-FI resort available with credit card (subject to network coverage). No smoking apartment. Pets allowed with extra charge. Upper bed is not suitable for children under 6.

Pros The flat is really warm Big enough dining room table Good location for skiing in/out Cons Too small for 5 people let alone 8 as advertised Just one parking spot for an apartment of 8 Lacks basics such as toilet paper, cleaning products, salt, pepper, sugar, tea... Instructions from the rental agency weren't clear - starting from their office location (that caused issues in finding them) to additional services (such as bed linen and towel rental) No instructions on how to use facilities (location of the ski room, lock number mismatch) Requirement to fetch your linen from the office Ski gear storage is not ideal in the building Underground parking could be challenging if you have a bigger car

BIELLAZ

Well located residence Biellaz is in LES BOUQUETINS. This residence has a very good exposition and is "ski in ski out". Access to shops, french ski school ESF, cinema, Tourist Office, restaurants and swimming pool with spa in Bruyères by the pedestrian bridge near the residence. The center of les Menuires la Croisette is 15 minutes walk by the footpath. Each apartment has its own ski locker.

About the resort - Les Menuires ski area

The ski area

Reaching the top of the Pointe de la Masse once meant twenty-five minutes and three separate lifts. Since 2022 a single gondola does it in under eight, which changed the way Les Menuires skis: the 2,804-metre summit takes the morning sun while the Mont de la Chambre sector opposite holds the afternoon light. The resort's own sector covers 160 kilometres across 81 pistes and 30 lifts, running from 1,450 to 2,850 metres and connecting into the wider Three Valleys. Eighty-five percent of the terrain sits above 1,800 metres, and just over half of it is covered by snowmaking. The four-kilometre Roc'n Bob toboggan run drops back towards the village after the lifts close.

Six hundred kilometres of linked pistes make the Three Valleys the largest ski area in the world, spread across 10,500 hectares and seven resorts: Courchevel, Méribel, Brides-les-Bains, Les Menuires, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, Val Thorens and Orelle. Eighty-five percent of the terrain lies above 1,800 metres, and 169 lifts reach twenty-five summits, ten of them beyond 2,500 metres. The area is unusual in a second respect: 355 restaurants, sixty-four of them up on the mountain, and fifteen Michelin stars shared between ten kitchens. An entrance to the Vanoise National Park and the Tuéda nature reserve both fall within its boundaries.
