With a living area of 200 m², this upscale chalet features 7 furnished rooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. The ski runs are 300 to 500 m away, and the ski lifts, shops, and French Ski School (ESF) meeting points are approximately 700 m away. Interior layout: Ground floor: a master suite with a double bedroom and a shower room, a separate WC, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and an office nook with WiFi. 1st floor: a children's dormitory with 3 single beds. Lower level 1: a laundry/office nook, two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with 3 single beds, and two bathrooms. Lower level 2: a dedicated wellness area featuring a sauna, a hammam, and a jacuzzi.
