Completely renovated apartment, South East facing, with balcony. 40m², for 5 persons. situated at the ground floor Residence on the foot of the slopes, nearby the departure of the ski lifts and the meeting point of French Ski School (ESF) with access to all kinds of services of the resort. Nice view over the Croisette quarter and the bottom of the pistes. Label : 2 Silver Snowflackes. Living room : 1 single bed and 1 hideaway bed (2x80cm), television. Bedroom : 1 double bed (130cm), 1 single bed (80cm). Fully equipped kitchen: fridge without freezer compartment, 2 electric rings, oven, microwave oven + grill, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Bathroom with bath. Separate toilets. Non-smoking apartment. Wifi, (extra charged services), subject to internet coverage Ski locker: level -2 of the residence Lac du Lou (outside access through the grey door situated under the residence 'Chavière' in front of the 'creperie' with the badge opening the apartment).

All the kitchen cupboards were completely full, with much of the contents comprising of unnecessary and duplicate items, also, with many items being very old and worn and unsatisfactory. As all the kitchen cupboards were full, and the kitchen is very small, it meant that there was no space to put away groceries, meaning that food items, bottles of milk, bottles of water, had to be stored on the floor of the apartment. The mattress on the bed sagged in the middle, it is old and should be changed every season. The lights all failed in the ski locker, it was completely dark for 6 days, we reported the issued to Mountain Collection agency but there was no action taken to remedy this problem. Lastly, the television on the wall was cheap and small, we didn't switch it on the whole time we stayed in the apartment, the owner really should spend a little money to upgrade to a better television, as well as a new matress, plus sort out the contents of the kitchen cupboards!

Juste un petit bémol sur la propreté. Odeur de cigarette désagréable. Sinon emplacement et logement top . Dommage pour la propreté .

Très bien sauf accès local skis du fait des problèmes de l’ascenseur.

Peclet is in the centre resort, la Croisette. The residence is ski-out, ski-in, departure of ski lessons are at the bottom of the residence. Peclet is located directly upon the shopping gallery of la Croisette, and it is at 3 minutes from bus station, and swimming pool, and at 5 minutes from children care.

About the resort - Les Menuires ski area

Ski area

Reaching the top of the Pointe de la Masse once meant twenty-five minutes and three separate lifts. Since 2022 a single gondola does it in under eight, which changed the way Les Menuires skis: the 2,804-metre summit takes the morning sun while the Mont de la Chambre sector opposite holds the afternoon light. The resort's own sector covers 160 kilometres across 81 pistes and 30 lifts, running from 1,450 to 2,850 metres and connecting into the wider Three Valleys. Eighty-five percent of the terrain sits above 1,800 metres, and just over half of it is covered by snowmaking. The four-kilometre Roc'n Bob toboggan run drops back towards the village after the lifts close.

Six hundred kilometres of linked pistes make the Three Valleys the largest ski area in the world, spread across 10,500 hectares and seven resorts: Courchevel, Méribel, Brides-les-Bains, Les Menuires, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, Val Thorens and Orelle. Eighty-five percent of the terrain lies above 1,800 metres, and 169 lifts reach twenty-five summits, ten of them beyond 2,500 metres. The area is unusual in a second respect: 355 restaurants, sixty-four of them up on the mountain, and fifteen Michelin stars shared between ten kitchens. An entrance to the Vanoise National Park and the Tuéda nature reserve both fall within its boundaries.
