Very well-designed apartment for one adult and two children. Recently renovated. Practical and nice bathroom. There are duvets instead of blankets, which is very pleasant! Some minor repairs needed: outlet too close to the stove, used hood filter, small leak on the right side of the bathroom faucet... Very good, I recommend it, very pleasant view.

No eco-friendly cleaning kit as promised. Refrigerator doors scraping on the floor. Furniture doors misaligned. Very little storage: For clothes, shelves are located too high, out of reach. 2 chairs with loose, detached slats: dangerous. No hooks for dish towels. Very insufficient lighting (wall spots, too weak). Kitchen under-equipped: Only large pans and pots. No shelves at a reachable height in the bathroom. Clock without a battery. Electrical outlet detached from the wall. Lack of outlets: as a result, the kettle's cord had been burned on the hot plate. Makeshift dining table, wobbly and unstable. Pressure cooker without a seal: We reported it, no replacement; the two cushions on the sofa bed slide despite the Velcro. The hood's grill is dirty. This apartment has no oversight or maintenance. Everything is deteriorating, and clearly, no one cares as long as the money comes in.

Clean and modern accommodation (recently remodeled, sufficient kitchen appliances). The sofa bed takes up too much space and the bedding is not comfortable. The pillows need to be urgently replaced.

Accommodation retrieved at 4:30 PM instead of 5 PM is a plus, the agency team is responsive and welcoming despite the issues encountered in the accommodation that are not their fault...
