Very nice apartment, all comforts. The welcome at the agency was poor. Arriving at 2:50 PM, we were told that cleaning was in progress and that the keys were not yet available. In fact, they had already been returned to the dedicated cupboard, but to know that, the staff member would have had to leave her screen and check. "Give me your phone number, we will call you back." We go to the apartment: quiet as can be, no one there. Back to the agency: "Please remind me of your name, which rental?" Unfortunately, we still didn't have the keys... Two hours go by, soon 5:00 PM. A staff member arrives at the agency with a large bunch of keys: "Do you happen to have number 32?" Unfortunately not! And, with great kindness, she adds: "Anyway, we have until 5:00 PM to hand them over to you." Finally, it’s 5:00 PM and still no keys! "Did you check in the cupboard?" Oh shoot, they were there! The manager prefers to disappear into her office, the staff member apologizes, and that’s it. Pfffff!
