Bathrooms too old. Old faucets, therefore water consumption... Ski locker too small, impossible to fit the skis and the boots.

Overall very good. The bathroom deserves an update and the cleanliness upon arrival left something to be desired.

I booked two apartments from Saturday (01/02) to Saturday (08/02). Our trip was planned for an early arrival on Sunday (02/02) and a late departure on Friday (07/02). This way we could ski on day of arrival as well as on day of departure. 1) I had emailed on 2/3 separate occasions to specifically state that our arrival will be on Sunday at about 1300hrs just to confirm that the keys will be available for collection for immediate entry to apartment so that we can ski in the afternoon. I was told not to worry as the keys will be in the letterbox. However on arrival we found no keys in the box and had to phone the agency. There were 8 of us and we had to carry the luggage around and wait for half an hour before someone showed up with the keys - not a good start/welcome to the trip!!! 2) I understood the apartment was advertised with Free and Unlimited Wifi - I've just had a look on your website and it's still advertised as so. However when I enquired with the office, I was told that this wasn't the case and that I had to pay extra - is this the case or did you advertise incorrectly? This is our second season visiting Flaine. Previously we stayed at Rocky Pop and this time we thought we'd try an apartment. Not sure if we'd try an apartment again with your agency next year. Thank you.

Appartement bien agencé en partie rénové, bien placé. Manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine, mais bien fournis en vaisselle.
