The situation of the building is excellent.

I booked two apartments from Saturday (01/02) to Saturday (08/02). Our trip was planned for an early arrival on Sunday (02/02) and a late departure on Friday (07/02). This way we could ski on day of arrival as well as on day of departure. 1) I had emailed on 2/3 separate occasions to specifically state that our arrival will be on Sunday at about 1300hrs just to confirm that the keys will be available for collection for immediate entry to apartment so that we can ski in the afternoon. I was told not to worry as the keys will be in the letterbox. However on arrival we found no keys in the box and had to phone the agency. There were 8 of us and we had to carry the luggage around and wait for half an hour before someone showed up with the keys - not a good start/welcome to the trip!!! 2) On Monday evening the two floor lights in the living room were not working, so I visited your office on Tuesday to raise the issue. I was told a technician would contact me to arrange a visit. With no contact I emailed your office on Wednesday and was told that as the technician was off that day, I will be contacted on Thursday. As I'd planned to ski in the other villages on Thursday and it was our last night, I couldn't be bothered to have to come back to the apartment for the technician to gain entry to look at the lights. Consequently I told your office not to worry about the technician visit. So for most of our stay we had living room lighting provided only by a small tableside. I understand that technical issues can arise from time to time and it's not your fault. This is our second season visiting Flaine. Previously we stayed at Rocky Pop and this time we thought we'd try an apartment. Not sure if we'd try an apartment again with your agency next year. Thank you.

Très bien, sauf la qualité du canapé lit dans le salon, très difficile à défaire (1/2h le premier soir avec trois lattes décollées qui en bloquaient l'ouverture. L'état du canapé à ce point là, aurait dû être vérifié avant notre arrivée). Il fallait tous les soirs s'y mettre à trois personnes en risquant de se faire mal dangereusement aux mains, le mécanisme ayant été tordu. Bref un canapé lit digne d'un logement où l'on couche chez un cousin étudiant une nuit de passage, pas un appartement loué 1500 € la semaine avec un couchage principal où l'on dort tous les soirs. Dommage, cela nuit grandement à la qualité habituelle des appartements que je loue depuis des années chez vous dans cet immeuble. Le reste était OK à part la lumière principale dans la chambre qui ne marchait pas. Nous avons apprécié le passage de l'artisan qui a fixé les lattes, et réparé la chasse d'eau qui fuyait.

Overall it was good, just a few suggestions: the multicolored tablecloth makes it difficult to see if it is clean or dirty, and the two cream-colored lounge chairs were dirty and quite worn.
