Your set up is dated, to charge 90Eu for cleaning and then expect people to empty the dishwasher and bins is unacceptable, to not supply basics like toilet paper and soap to wash your hands is frankly unhygienic and not welcoming. I used 1 dishwasher tablet and had to go to Sherpa to buy a box of 40, how about supplying a welcome pack like the majority of apartment stays. When I asked where the apartment was, I had a finger waved in the direction of the mountain and an illegible map presented to me. I paid over Eu80 for sheet and towels, I had to carry them to the appartment, make the bed, strip the bed and carry them back to you, Im surprised you didnt ask me to take them to the laundrette too! You need to rethink your policies, they are set up to maximise your profit, minimise your work and inconvenience you clients who dont want to be making beds and buying toilet roll after a long journey. Air BnB now does all of these things, without extra charge, you need to adapt of your wont survive, shame as Flaine is a lovely place, but noone wants to be treated like you treat your customers anymore.
