I do not recommend this apartment. I chose it because it was advertised as a comfort apartment. However, it is not comfortable, especially for a family. For example, to adjust the hot water in the bathroom, you have to wrestle with the hot and cold taps to get water that is warm enough. In the end, you either have no hot water, or it is too hot or too cold... It would have been simpler to install mixing taps. Furthermore, the electrical installation is dangerous: live wires are left exposed behind the refrigerator and the power sockets are on the floor. Fortunately, the agency sent a technician to provide temporary safety for this installation. The mattresses are very thin, and you sink into them (beware of back pain). The single duvets are very thin and measure 145 cm x 90 cm, which are not suitable for teenagers or taller people. The pillows are too soft. There is no clock (bring your own). There is only one radiator, and no towel dryer in the bathroom. Moreover, the inventory lists equipment that is not present (pillows, appliances...). The dishwasher has no front panel and is difficult to operate. The hob is not powerful, and it takes nearly 40 minutes to boil water in a simple pot. The shelves are not secured and can fall at any moment. There is a chest of drawers with handles that come off every time you open a drawer. So no, it is not comfortable at all, and the owner should really be more respectful towards customers by providing equipment and services that are in line with the "comfort" category. I want to emphasize that the agency was very professional, friendly, and responsive. They acted quickly to make the electrical installation safe, provided me with a microwave (instead of an old grill oven that shorts out), and even offered me another accommodation given the issues with this one (which we declined because it was further away and we were already settled in and too lazy to move again after unpacking everything). So, I do not recommend this apartment considering the price paid, which does not at all correspond to a comfort category. In contrast, the Mountain agency is very welcoming and professional, for which I thank them.

Nous sommes déçus de l'état du logement, en termes de fonctionnalité (plusieurs ampoules grillées, équipement très ancien et usagé, aspirateur inefficace et qui sent très mauvais à l'utilisation) et de propreté (vaisselle très sale, projections dans la cuisine, poussière...).
