Expérience catastrophique. Déjà l'accueil a l'agence très désagréable, SMS reçu à la dernière minute pour donner l'adresse et personne de l'accueil qui manifestement déteste recevoir du monde et s'est montrée désagréable (pas la personne du dernier jour qui était très sympa). Le logement est minuscule et très mal entretenue, plinthes poubelle et électroménager sale, salle de bain inondée quand on est arrivé et on ne nous a JAMAIS apporté de serpillère, il faut faire le ménage mais le kit de ménage est indigent, même pas une éponge et un torchon dignes de ce nom, pas de nourriture de base (huile sel), seulement quatre pastilles de lave vaisselle, canapé cassé, pas de wifi, bascon encombré de bazar qui le rendait inaccessible a moitié, grille pain inutilisable, etc etc etc c'est un scandale une arnaque et je me plaindrai formellement

I have been coming to Tignes every summer for 10 years. This apartment is the worst I have ever had. It is basically a very dark hallway with a window at the end. The sofa bed is ruined. The bunk beds are locked in some sort of closet: you can't be claustrophobic! The apartment is extremely cluttered, with things everywhere up to the ceiling. No free space on the kitchen countertop. No chairs in the apartment, just uncomfortable stools. In the toilet, the hot water tank is mounted just above the toilet, so a man who is 1.70m tall bumps his forehead against the metal tank every time if he forgets to contort to avoid it while holding the poorly fixed toilet lid in an upright position (you need to be wide awake at night because it's quite a challenge! It may sound funny but after a week, you can't take it anymore). The balcony is also cluttered. There is a small iron table and 2 chairs for eating, all three rusty. I was alone and it was barely enough, so I can't even imagine sharing a place like this with children. I was lucky to have nice weather and spent most of my days outside. Because let's be honest, this apartment is completely depressing! The only positive point: there's no need to clean when leaving because the apartment is so cluttered that no one will notice the difference. A rental to avoid.
