Pickup of the keys was by using a keybox at the office, information was clear and pick up went smooth. In the appartement the general power was turned off, it was a quick fix for me as I am quite familiar with electrical systems, but for other people that might not be the case: there was no information about where the fusebox is or how to turn it on. Similarly the fridge was off, also not a problem, but again a simple paper indicating how to turn it on and off again would probably be very helpfull. The information in the appartement requested to do an inventory check, but there was no inventory list or anything else available, .... Just things that aren't super important but inconsistent and can be easily improved upon. The staff at the office were friendly and helpfull. The online client zone where receipts are available and maybe other info, was not accessible, despite following the instructions: I never received a password link (checked spam folder as well). I just payed by wired transfer which worked fine as well, but again: just a bit more attention to the client experience could make it a lot better.

4 stars and not 5, for the amenities and bedding, because a microwave would be great and a slightly longer bed as well. Other than that, nothing to report. Charming apartment, well-equipped and well-located.

Descriptif du logement non conforme: -Pas de canapé au rez de chaussée dans le séjour comme mentionné mais juste un lit gigogne , donc pas de dossier, et seulement 2 coussins, notre dos toujours en contact avec un montant en bois et le crépi du mur. Pour un repos après une journée de ski, c'est abominable ! -Pas de télévision au rez-de-chaussée comme mentionnée mais installée à l'étage dans un espèce de cagibi ( décrit par l'agence comme un espace détente !!! ) précédant la chambre sans aucun canapé, juste un fauteuil en toile crasseux et un autre en mousse, c'est vraiment nul. Donc ne pas prévoir de soirée télé ! - Kitchenette mentionnée toute équipée avec 3 plaques électriques mais seulement 2 en réalité. Par ailleurs, pas de grille pain. Le propriétaire doit compter sur le bon emplacement de la résidence car il ne fait pas beaucoup d'effort malgré le prix élevé de la nuitée. - Literie du lit double très, très moyenne et vraiment basique. En résumé, je ne recommande pas du tout ce logement, absolument pas confortable, moyennement propre et très basique pour les équipements.
