Horrible bedding, no sofa, just uncomfortable chairs, lack of equipment or defective items, a filthy bathroom with peeling ceiling paint and moisture on the floor as well as in the toilet, all for over €1000, it's shameful.

Let's start with the positives: The accommodation was in a rather clean, functional, and well-heated condition. The negatives: For an accommodation intended for 4 people, it seems complicated. Fortunately, there were only 2 of us, my partner and me. For 2 people, it is perfectly suitable. We received 2 sets of keys, but we only had one badge and one elevator key. Without the badge, it is impossible to enter the residence, which makes the usefulness of the second key to the accommodation completely obsolete and unnecessary. For a couple, it's manageable, but for 4 people with only one set of keys to get home, it's clearly silly. They might as well not give the second key to the accommodation. The coffee filter machine was leaking. We had to buy capsules on-site for the Senseo (which may have been damaged by a previous tenant). That said, it does not seem to have been checked or replaced. The double mattress (140x200) was a bit worn over time: we sank slightly in the center, which is not ideal for sleeping well. The bathroom ceiling paint was flaking in several places, probably due to a non-functional ventilation system. The towel rack in the bathroom was no longer properly fixed to the wall: the dowels were still in the holes, but nothing was really secure. Lastly, a small point, but one that seemed logical to us: Cleaning of the accommodation was available for an additional €55. We declined since we always clean properly, as if it were our own accommodation. However, not having even a mop or a mat at the entrance seems a bit deliberate to push for this additional charge. We are in a ski resort, without a ski locker available, and as with any resort, there's snow, which means water, etc. In short, we cleaned up with rags and sponges that we had brought from home. In summary, the apartment is well-located, warm, clean, and relatively well insulated thermally and acoustically (a big plus). We are not difficult (yes, even if it doesn't show in our comment 😄), but there are still points that deserve to be mentioned so that future tenants can make an informed decision about their booking.

Notre hébergement était dans un état minable. Nous partons dans différentes stations depuis des années et nous n'avons jamais vu un appartement avec d'aussi mauvaises finitions : parquet dans un état déplorable, posé autour des meubles, salle de bain vétuste avec des moisissures et la peinture du plafond qui se décolle. Le sol des toilettes est trempé en permanence...
