Well-located accommodation in Arc 2000, but: - Requires serious renovation (last year we found another renovated studio for a similar price during the same period, unfortunately not available this year). - Priority: replace the original taps with mixers, a thermostatic mixer is strongly recommended for the shower as it is impossible to stabilize the water temperature for more than 10 seconds, it quickly transitions from scalding to freezing! - Redo the kitchenette with induction hobs and a refrigerator equipped with a 3 or 4-star compartment (the current model dates back to the 70s and certainly consumes 6 times more than a modern model and only has a mini drawer for ice cubes, it is impossible to store ice cream or other frozen products). - The electrical system needs to be redone, it often trips; you have to choose between using the large cooking plate and heating... There is a lack of sockets, and you would need an extension cord to use the raclette service at the table. - We experienced a water leak during our stay (toilet), the plumber managed to create a temporary seal but indicated that the original toilet needs to be replaced as maintenance is no longer possible due to incompatibility with current replacement parts. - Single glazing, albeit thick, can be cold on the bed located along the bay window, the neighboring renovated studio has full double glazing and all the original frames have been replaced... - No ski locker outside the accommodation, all equipment must be stored in the studio or rented on the ground floor for €10/day if available... In conclusion: we will choose another place next time.

Very well-located apartment, well-oriented. No issues with heating. Bathroom and toilet need renovation. Very noisy vintage refrigerator, especially since it runs all the time, not very energy-efficient. Minimal dishes: 3 bowls, limited plates and cups, necessitating running the dishwasher even for 2 people. Ski racks are a nice touch.

Clean, comfortable and very acceptable for the price we paid.

Hébergement bien situé mais mal géré car à notre arrivée nous avons découvert beaucoup de moisissure dans la salle de bains. Et le ménage par les locataires d'avant laissait à désirer.

Appartement en piteux état. Salle de bain insalubre, moisissures sur les murs. Électroménager datant d'une autre époque. Seul point positif, la vue magnifique sur les pistes. Dommage.

L'appartement etait tres bien placé- 1 min de l'agence, sur les pistes, au depart des cours de ski, a 2min de la connection avec arcs 1950
