The accommodation we were assigned is not the one we had reserved... due to water damage in the one we were supposed to have. It's unfortunate, but generally, in situations like this, customers are given an upgrade... Instead, we were downgraded... The basic features of the apartments were similar, but the location in the resort (particularly the view of the parking lot) and some configurations of the accommodation were of lower quality: a smaller bedroom, with the bedroom window facing... the elevator, so the shutters were always closed. So yes, we were refunded part of the apartment rental (which is the least that should be done in case of a downgrade), but once again, it doesn't seem to me that it is common practice in tourism to downgrade customers when there is a technical issue with their booking... And the compensation... what meanness: the local taxes! Well, less than €15...

Bonjour 2 eme année que nous louons cette appartement Cette année le ménage avait été mal fait ( coulures sur frigo, sol sale, restes alimentaires dans les placards) Nous avons même racheter une serpillière tellement celles dans l appartement étaient noires Lave vaisselle en panne. Malheureusement ça peut arriver …passage d un dépanneur le dimanche mais Le changement de lave vaisselle prévu le jeudi n’a pas été fait Heureusement il fonctionnait de temps en temps …. Il fait trop chaud dans l appartement même avec les radiateurs coupés Sinon emplacement top et l’appartement nous plaît toujours autant Attention tout de même à la poignée de la porte d entrée qui pourrait casser à tout instant Service de réservation parking et skis+ forfaits très bien
